Is AWA® a soil moisture retainer? +
Yes. AWA® performs the function of an agricultural soil moisture retainer: it improves water retention and availability in the root zone. We describe it as a bio-wetting agent because of its action on surface tension, infiltration and the distribution of irrigation water.
How is it applied? +
Through the irrigation system. Adjust injection timing, dose and frequency to the technical instructions and conditions on your farm.
What soil is it designed for? +
Especially in light, sandy soils with high percolation, where water tends to move quickly into deeper layers.
Which crops can I use it on? +
In every type of crop, without exception. Vegetables, citrus, fruit trees, berries, field crops, etc.: its function does not depend on the species grown.
What has been observed in tree crops? +
In the tree-crop experiences evaluated, new secondary roots have been observed developing within approximately the top 40 cm of soil. A greater density of active roots supports the use of water and nutrients supplied through fertigation.

Packaging and storage +
4, 20 and 1,000 L containers. Stated shelf life: up to 2 years from manufacture.
Store in the original closed and labelled container in a cool, dry, ventilated place, protected from sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid temperatures below 5 °C and above 35 °C. Keep away from food, drinks, feed, flames and heat sources, and out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.
