IRRIGATION EFFICIENCY

Reduce irrigation with AWA®.

Water efficiency supported by field results. AWA® improves water infiltration and distribution to maintain more available moisture in the root zone.

01 / BIO-WETTING ACTION

More consistency between irrigations.

In light soils, water moves quickly. AWA® bio-wetting agent reduces the surface tension of irrigation water and promotes infiltration and even distribution within the wetted bulb, avoiding preferential flow paths and dry zones. It improves retention and readily available water for roots.

Less water applied

Adjust irrigation volumes to more stable soil moisture.

Better use of fertilisers

Optimise inputs by keeping them close to roots for longer.

Fewer pumping hours

Reducing the water applied can shorten the operating time of pumps and motors.

02 / YOUR SIMULATION

Estimate the savings AWA® could bring to your farm.

Enter your crop, water use for the cycle, costs and area. If you know it, add the electricity or diesel cost of irrigation to include its potential savings. The economic result already deducts the estimated cost of AWA®.

If water is your most limited resource, you can also see the additional area that the same allocation could theoretically supply.

03 / FERTIGATION

A formulation that fits your irrigation system.

AWA® is compatible with all commonly used fertilisers, including calcium formulations. It is applied through the irrigation system, following the programme recommended for the soil and crop cycle.

By improving the bioavailability of water and nutrients in the root zone, it supports fertiliser efficiency and crop uptake.

AWA-AZUL® complements the range in overly compacted soils with infiltration difficulties or waterlogging. The two products are compatible.

04 / FIELD EVIDENCE

A proven track record in the field.

Evaluation of the final formulation led to demonstrations on commercial farms. The reports bring together results from this journey across different crops and management conditions.

05 / CLEAR ANSWERS

AWA® on your farm.

Which soils is AWA® best suited to?

In light, sandy soils with high percolation, where retaining water and nutrients in the root zone is particularly valuable.

Can I use AWA® with fertigation?

Yes. AWA® is compatible with all commonly used fertilisers, including calcium formulations. By improving the bioavailability of water and nutrients in the root zone, it supports fertiliser efficiency and crop uptake.

Can I include energy costs?

Yes. Add the cost of electricity or diesel used for irrigation during the cycle. This is optional: if left blank, the result will state that this cost and its potential savings are excluded.
