Agro Ecológicos Hispania S.L. is the controller responsible for enquiries, simulations and requests for documentation on this website.
What you share and why
You may provide your name, email, telephone number, professional profile, product of interest, reason for contacting us, crop, location, area or quantity and enquiry text. We use this information to manage your request for information, pricing, availability or commercial collaboration.
Do not include health data, identity documents or sensitive information that is not needed to answer your enquiry. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
How the form works
When you select “Send enquiry”, you submit the form to our server. The enquiry is recorded in the private dashboard, the commercial team is notified and a receipt confirmation is queued for the email address provided. Filling in the fields alone does not send the enquiry. Submission does not constitute a purchase or a contract for advisory services.
If you select one or more simulations, their inputs and results are included in your enquiry as context. If you choose WhatsApp, you continue in that service and complete the sending process there. WhatsApp and email providers apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Simulations and documentation
To access full reports, download documentation and use the simulator, you provide your name and email address and confirm that you have read this information. A technical session restores your access in the same browser so you do not have to enter them again for each document or calculation. When you calculate, we save those details, the financial and crop data entered, the percentages used, the results, the date and a unique reference. We send a copy of the result to the email address provided and record its delivery status.
We link access to reports and technical sheets, their downloads and the simulations you run to your profile. We use these records to organise and archive your activity in these features, provide the information requested and respond to your enquiries. The authorised team can view and manage this data through a private dashboard.
There is no public results search. Earlier records that were not linked to a person remain unlinked; they are not automatically assigned to a new email address.
We also record access to requested reports and data sheets. Downloading a document does not mean receiving it as an attachment or subscribing to advertising. Simulations generate only the requested results email.
You can request deletion of your data by providing the email address or simulation reference. Providing your details for these features does not constitute consent to receive advertising.
Legal basis and retention
We manage simulations, delivery of their results, documentation and enquiries to provide the service you request and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps at your request. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining professional communication, taking your rights into account.
Simulation, download and submitted contact-form records are retained for 365 days from creation. Scheduled cleanup removes expired records in batches. Enquiries retain their attached context for their own retention period. Marking a record as a test or moving it to the bin does not restart the period. Authorised staff may delete records earlier.
Deleting records from the dashboard does not recall emails already received or remove exported copies. Hosting backups follow their own retention cycle. Enquiries handled by email, WhatsApp or other channels are retained for as long as necessary to manage them and, where applicable, for periods required by legal obligations or potential liabilities. You can exercise your rights using the contact details provided.
Recipients and external services
Providers needed for communications, hosting and security may be involved in providing their services. No transfer for third-party advertising is planned. Data may be disclosed where required by law.
External services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area in accordance with their providers' terms and safeguards. Please review their privacy information before using their features.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. Write to info@agroecologicoshispania.es stating your request and the information needed to identify the enquiry. We will let you know if identity verification is required.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These options apply under the General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish data protection law.
Optional first-party statistics
Only if you accept statistics, Agro Ecológicos Hispania S.L. records pages viewed, the date, device category, arrival channel (such as a search engine, social network or direct visit) and approximate location (city, region and country, when available) to improve the website. This processing is based on your consent. Location is estimated from the IP address using a DB-IP City Lite database stored on our server; the IP address is not sent to DB-IP or other third parties to obtain this information. This estimate does not identify your exact location and may be inaccurate. Measurement is first-party, without advertising, and is not linked to your name, email, access profile or simulations. These statistics do not store your IP address in plain text, the referring URL or page parameters.
The awa_traffic_choice_v2 preference is kept in your browser’s local storage for 180 days, whether you accept or reject. A refusal saved in the previous version (awa_traffic_choice_v1) is respected until its original expiry; a previous acceptance requires a new choice covering approximate location. Only after acceptance is awa_traffic_session_v2 created in tab storage, with a random identifier renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Sessions count visits, not unique people. Page and session data, including approximate location, are retained for a maximum of 365 days; pseudonymised technical linking and abuse-prevention keys, separate from contact details, are periodically removed after 24 hours without use.
You may accept, reject or withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences” in the website footer without affecting website access. Withdrawal stops future measurement. We also respect browser no-tracking signals. You may exercise your rights using the contact methods in the privacy policy.
